6.0Very good location, very walkable everywhere. We asked for a spare set of keys because of work reasons and they’ve been provided, which we appreciated very much. Found some essentials in the kitchen and in the bathroom, including laundry detergent, which was helpful. Generally, spacious rooms and very big terrace.
− The apartment was very cold, the windows and doors have gaps so the wind would come straight in, and the heating didn’t work. Could have used of some more toilet paper than 3 rolls since we stayed for 10 days and had to get some of our own. The apartment could use of a deep clean and some maintenance of some broken, missing things like a glass of a door being broken and just replaced with tape or a missing bin for bathroom, plus other little things to keep it up to the photos being advertised for.

5.0È un appartamento carino e abbastanza accessoriato. Ha un bel balcone.
− Assolutamente zero isolamento termico e acustico e lo staff ne è a conoscenza ma non fa nulla. La finestra del bagno è rotta e ci si mettono 15 minuti per cercare di incastrarla bene ed evitare che rimanga aperta. Tutte le altre porte-finestre sono vecchie e rotte, di conseguenza entrava freddissimo (noi abbiamo alloggiato lì 3 settimane a Novembre) ed entrano tutti i rumori possibili, considerando che la zona è abbastanza frequentata è c'è casino ad ogni ora del giorno e soprattutto della notte, infatti abbiamo dormito malissimo perché per tutto il rumore che entrava dalle finestre sembrava sempre che ci fosse qualcuno nell'appartamento, facendoci stare in tensione tutte le notti. In più la porta di ingresso non si chiude bene, e anche se chiusa a chiave basterebbe una spinta ben assestata per farla aprire, quindi non aiuta a dormire tranquilli.

6.0Great location, short walk to all landmarks, in the UNESCO designated area.
− Second room wasn't really a bedroom, and the so-called living room was part of the odd bedroom! Ceiling so low that even at 5ft tall, I couldn't stand up in it! Could do with a good clean too. Only ONE patio chair ... staff said they had been broken and more ordered. Review on here from 2 years ago states 5 out of 6 chairs broke! Disappointed not to be able to use such a great space.

10.0Het dakterras was schitterend, prima kamers en faciliteiten. Op rolafstand van Unesco erfgoed en jr kan vanuit het appartement heerlijk dwalen door de straatjes van het centro antico. Lift in het gebouw!

8.0L’appartement est agréable néanmoins il est difficile d’accès. Impossible de s’y rendre en voiture, les différents GPS ne trouvent pas de solution pour arriver à destination. Le plus simple est de garer sa voiture et d’aller à pied. C’est assez haut et fatiguant avec des bagages. Bon courage.
