4.0الموقع رائع جدا ؛ الستاف لطيفين جدا وخدومين The Location is perfect in the middle of istiklal st , and the staff was so friendly .
− الاثاث والفندق كله مستهلك والمكيف عبارة عن وحدات وايضا لم تكن تعمل .. مع ان الفندق ليس قديم ، والنظافة مقبولة ولكن بالإمكان الاعتناء فيها اكثر ، ولا توجد خدمة للغرف او افطار ، والاصعب انه لا يوجد شارع ملاصق للفندق يسمح بإنزال الشنط مباشرة مما اضطرنا لسحب الشنط من مسافة بعيدة نسبيا من السيارة الى باب الفندق ولا توجد في الفندق عمالة للمساعدة في ذلك The furniture and the hotel facilities are generally worn out and poorly maintained, including the air-conditioning units, which were not working during our stay. This is particularly disappointing considering that the hotel is not old. The cleanliness was acceptable, but there is definitely room for improvement. There was no room service or breakfast available. One of the biggest inconveniences was the lack of direct vehicle access to the hotel entrance, which meant we had to carry our luggage a relatively long distance from the car to the hotel. To make matters worse, there was no hotel staff available to assist us with our luggage. Overall, the hotel has significant room for improvement in terms of maintenance, guest services, and accessibility.

10.0كل شيء جميل ورائع والموقع في شارع الاستقلال مقابل مطعم مادو والموظفين متعاونين وخاصة الموظف وسام
− لا شئ ، سوى الازعاج في الغرف الامامية المطلة على شارع الاستقلال اما الخلفية المطلة على الحديقة لاتوجد فيها ازعاج
