4.0Towel holder fell off wall and bruised my arm. Only enough hot water for one shower. Hot/cold controls hard to adjust. Shower/tub "control" made it hard to adjust water temp before switching to shower "mode". No kleenex Lumpy matress. We want a refund!#!#!
