Очень просторные апартаменты, прекрасный вид, уютные комнаты, камин добавлял уют. Кровати бесподобные, тепло. Крытая парковка для автомобиля.

The terrace and the breathtaking view were the only true highlights of this property, and we genuinely enjoyed spending time outside. Unfortunately, everything else was a disaster.

− We had a truly disappointing and frustrating experience at this property. For the premium price paid, the conditions were unacceptable — unsanitary, unsafe, and far below standard. On arrival, the apartment smelled terrible due to extremely old, dusty carpets that left me sneezing the entire stay. There was a dead cockroach on the floor, dirty dishes with chewing gum and coffee stains, a filthy toilet, stained curtains, spider webs, and boxes left in the living room. Many furnishings were worn out, the shower faucet was broken, and electrical equipment sparked, creating a fire hazard. Lighting barely worked, and the Wi-Fi situation was disastrous: there was no internet at all on Friday, which completely ruined an important presentation in front of Fortune 500 leadership. It was only fixed late Saturday, but by Monday the connection kept dropping and repeatedly kicked me off Zoom during work meetings. Although a cleaning crew came twice, they only did on the second visit what should have been done before our arrival. I spent over 3 hours explaining to the management and cleaners how to fix things — which is not my responsibility and completely ruined my vacation plans. Despite clear evidence of unsanitary and unsafe conditions, the local Happy Rentals management team initially promised a full refund. Now, however, we are being offered only 100 CHF, which doesn’t even cover a simple family dinner, let alone the stress, lost time, and disruption caused. This was the worst experience we’ve had on Booking. I cannot recommend this property, and Booking.com should seriously reconsider listing it in its current state.

The location was amazing, the apartment is really nice, good size, well equipped

− The pool from the sauna room was dirty and the water was cold, the upholstery for the chairs in the living room needs a change and we didn't like that we've been asked to take off the bedding at the end and place it in the bathroom. Also, no one answered our calls when we tried to get in touch with the staff.
