− Que haya llegado a las 5 pm y la habitación no esté lista, a pesar de haber avisado. Un dia antes avisé que llegaría temprano y habia solicitado que me guarden la maleta que traía y por la tarde entraría al hotel. Me respondieron... cuando ya estaba en el aeropuerto listo para regresar.

− las almohadas, el almuerzo, la atención en el comedor en horario fuera del desayuno, no pude acumular puntos porque hice la reserva desde booking

− je me suis senti mal à l'aise de devoir justifier à 4 reprises que ma réservation Booking incluait la demi-pension et donc le dîner, j'avais pourtant le justificatif de la confirmation de réservation. Ce décalage entre Booking et l'établissement m'a gêné.

According to Peruvian tax regulations, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional 18% general sales tax.
To be exempt from this 18% additional fee, guests must present a copy of their immigration card and passport, proving a stay of less than 59 days and the reason for travel. It is necessary to present both identification documents to qualify for the sales tax exemption. Otherwise, you must pay the indicated fee. This rate will be applied per room when the room is shared between exempt and nonexempt guests from the payment of said sales tax.
Foreign guests who request a printed invoice will be charged this 18% general sales tax fee, regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This supplement is not automatically included in the total amount of the reservation.
