Stay that met our expectations with charming staff but poor bed.
8.0Staff was simply amazing. We regret that we haven't asked her name but she did even practice her French with us! Access and location was just what we were looking for for a weekend in Roma
− The bed was simply awful, not comfortable and resulted in aches in the morning that we had to overcome in order to start the day and enjoy our visit. While we rated the view as bad, we have no complaint since this was not the objective of the room.
