An immaculately clean and comfortable hotel in a charming, authentic Istanbul neighborhood.
10.0The staff is amazing. They are very kind and help you with everything. At check-in we were greeted with cups of hot tea, and immediately felt like special guests at a family home. Throughout our multi-night stay, Omer was thoughtful and attentive, proactively anticipating our every need.

9.0A very nice buffet laid out for breakfast, and fresh omelets available on request, in the restaurant directly connected to Acacia Mansion. On a few rainy nights, we stayed in for dinner there, and the food was excellent.
The excellent, reponsive staff made us feel right at home every minute of our stay.
9.0The lovely, authentic neighborhood is very convenient to the Hagia Sophia, the Grand Bazaar, and numerous sights at the center of Sultanameht. Our rooms were kept immaculately clean & well-stocked. For a multiple-night stay, we were glad to have booked a triple room to have the extra bed and space for two people.
