Beautiful apartment in central London
9.0Beautiful apartment in a quiet street in central London, convenient for museums, theatres and restaurants. As another reviewer said the apartment we were allocated was not the one shown in photos, and was partially below street level at the front, but it was light, quiet, and had a view of a courtyard garden from the bedroom (no access). Access is a code on the apartment door handle. Ignore the key safe box next to the door. We were too stoopid to get this but customer services answered the phone immediately and helpfully explained how to get in. Many thanks to the lovely friendly cleaner who arrived at the end of the stay, who does an excellent job. We would definitely stay here again and have booked the top floor apartment for later this year. Recommend Gauthier Soho and Studio Gauthier restaurants.

Great location on a quiet street in pretty Bloomsbury.
8.0Perfect location to explore central London.The flat is nicely furnished and it has air conditioning which was a great asset as we had a very hot week. Well equipped and lots of storage space for clothes.
− There was a problem with the drain in the bathroom.The water was flowing fine but there was a nasty smell coming from the drain.We noticed it only late as we left the bathroom window open.

− It was at the ground flood facing the street and near the entrance which meant a bit of noise, and no option to open the window, however it is a quiet street so the noise was minimal

9.0Great location close to British Museum. Good facilities for a short break in London. Decent size compared to some of the small London rooms.
− The obtaining of the access codes was tricky. Did not know had to complete a form and provide ID prior to getting the key codes. Delayed by an hour getting into the property. Had to get WiFi at a local pub and make contact for access.
