4.0Here is my full experience: When we first walked in the room smelled like cigarettes and the window was open for that reason. There were not rails on the window and it was wide enough for someone to come in. The cleanliness is mid tier. You get what you pay for this in this situation. The first room we had had a broken toilet seat, trim mounding that was broken, and unclean sheets. We demanded another room and they let us change the next day. 8.0Reception is also security guard Location: good easy access to bazaar & local eateries & monuments. However, a construction site next door. But 1 street from Marriott, Hilton hotel, so a good area Room: very good value for a big living room, kitchenette, separate bathroom - though I booked a studio. Unit is part renovated but sofa, curtain seems a bit old or needs cleaning. Just rooms building as it's more just apartment, so no breakfast. Guard was very helpful tho language barrier.
