4.0The location is great.
− We booked a room a few days in advance, and when we got there, we were shown to our room and told the AC had broken in that specific room. They put fans in the room for us but it was still extremely hot. We had to book another hotel, which was difficult being that it was about 6 PM. They did provide a full refund which was appreciated, but had we been told about the broken AC earlier (prior to our check in), we could have saved some time and money finding a new spot.
