− Absolutely a dump not clean cockroaches Don’t believe the pictures advertised No way worth the money Host was not even able to return calls
It was good to have a break to rest in Palm Cove.
5.0The location was good.
− On arrival the code we had for the key box did not work. The contact number went to voicemail and it was nearly an hour before we could speak to someone and obtain access. The information book I was advised would be available was not in the room and even when we received an emailed copy Wi-Fi code did not work until a replacement was provided. The internet did not work. There were no laundry facilities in the unit and the bathroom needed a good clean with mould remover.

Enjoyed our stay and the beds were comfortable but wouldn’t want to stay longer than a few days.
7.0Comfortable beds. Unit was quite well equipped. Good pool. Good aircon. OK location. Furniture was fine. Linen & towels good. Appreciated the earlier check-in.
− Outdoor area, cleanliness. Get rid of the rusty clothes rack out the back, clean the mould/slime off the back area, coil up the hose, clean up the pool area, replace the locks and the louvres for better security. A bit overpriced for the age/modernity of the unit.
The unit was convenient and moderately comfortable, adjustments required
6.0Location was excellent TV was superb and easy to operate Towels and sheets were clean Shower was excellent - pressure and heat wise. Soap dispensers very good Fridge- excellent
− Minimal natural light compared to photos. Some cups and mugs had not been cleaned (toothpaste type residue on the inside ), the cutting knives were mostly blunt , however we were told to search for the knife sharpener Only a tiny cleaning scrubber supplied- no brush to properly clean glasses and pans. Non stick frypan surface was all cut - should be replaced. Washing machine was NOT in the apartment , rather outside in a communal area shared by multiple other units AND the machine coin slot was jammed, making it unoperational when needed. It was fixed eventually by management. The unit was very musty and smelt - we needed to run the aircon quite a bit to clear the air. The outside table had seen better days,one edge being somewhat broken No easy access power point on or at the kitchen bench
