2.0The maids did a good job considering what they have to work with. The carpet is dirty, I walked around barefoot in the room, my feet picked up the dirt from the carpet. You can see in the picture the dirt coming off my feet in the shower. I asked the maids about the hot water or lack of. They turned on the sink and after a few minutes the water warmed up. The shower never got hot. The next day i asked the maids again, they let the shower run for 15-20 minutes and it was warm at best. I jumped in the shower that night after letting the water run for 20 minutes and it was cold water. Which was OK because i had been out in the sun and heat all day. The refrigerator was on an end table, i had to put the 20 inch TV on the microwave to be able to see it laying in bed. The latch on the door was only half there, the deadbolt was loose. This was without a doubt the worst place i have stayed in 45 years of travel. No other rooms were available to switch and the other hotels were sold out due to the Ryder Cup. And for the low price of around $180/night. Stay here only if you dont want to sleep in your car. I almost forgot to mention the black mold on the tile in the shower and the toilet didnt flush completely.
