10.0excellent. The customer service was outstanding, and Jess was accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is in a quiet location, the facilities are clean and well maintained, and everything made for a comfortable and relaxing experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

8.0The room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The room stayed nice and cold, which made our stay very comfortable. Overall, I really liked the hotel, especially how clean and well-maintained the room was.
− The only issue I noticed was an unpleasant odor in the lobby when I arrived to check in. It was quite strong and reminded me of eggs or old food. I’m not sure where it was coming from, but it was noticeable and made a poor first impression. Fortunately, the room itself was very clean and had no unpleasant smell.

10.0Starting my morning with a warm welcome made a big difference. Kelvin at the front desk was friendly, cheerful, and set a positive tone for the rest of my day.
