Disappointing in terms of the room and check in procedure, perfect in terms of position.
6.0The position of the place was very good, the room itself was clean.
− Our room was number 6 Terra, The windows were hazed so that you couldn't see the ugly machinery on the building opposite, this machinery and its noise made the balcony and window unusable. The area outside of the building was never cleaned during the length of our stay. We grew to hate the automatic check in and internet access to the building, apartment and room. The breakfast was basic but enough, the staff made you feel as if you were a commodity and not a guest. I UNDERSTAND THAT WE BOOKED LATE AND IT MAY HAVE BEEN IMPOSSIBLE TO CHANGE ROOMS WHICH WAS WHAT WE ASKED FOR, BUT THE LADY WE CONTACTED SEEMED AMAZED THAT WE WERE UNHAPPY ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO SEE OUT OF THE WINDOW!! I think if you are lucky you would get a room with a window you could see out of, and a balcony you could use but we ourselves will not be taking that risk in the future.
