− I booked the hotel because it had a gym but when I went to the gym there was a yoga class and I was unable to use the gym - I was pretty annoyed about it and won't book again.

9.0Modernes Appartement Hotel in der Nähe der Aldgate East U-Bahn Station. Es gibt self check-in Stationen. Es war aber auch immer jemand vor Ort, den man fragen konnte. Unsere Klimaanlage hat in der ersten Nacht nicht funktioniert (26.5 Grad im Zimmer). Wir haben dies am Morgen gemeldet und als wir am Abend wieder ins Zimmer kamen hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Besten Dank dafür! Der Fruhstücksraum ist sehr schön eingerichtet und das Frühstück fanden wir toll. Es hatte immer genügend Platz und auch die Esswaren wurden jederzeit nachgefüllt. Was man wissen muss, ist, dass das Zimmer nicht gereinigt wird und dementsprechend gibt es auch keine frischen Hand- bzw. Badetücher.

Good value for money.
9.0Breakfast is limited, but the breakfast area is very nice. They also have 24/7 coffee available for free when you book on the 5th floor. The view was great, and regarding the last minute booking, Greg helped us out and was really friendly. Overall great value for money.
− The corner view room didn’t really have space to open a big suitcase comfortably. When we changed rooms it was not an issue anymore.
