8.0Ottima posizione, buona colazione. Spiacevole la mancata pulizia giornaliera della stanza (della quale eravamo comunque informati). Stanze perfettamente insonorizzate, nessun rumore. Riposo garantito.

6.0It was clean and staff gave us 3 macaroons to say happy birthday to my partner. Staff was very lovely and welcoming in reception. Breakfast was okay. I loved how they had options for vegans straight away, there was oat milk and also coconut yoghurt.
− The lock was broken leaving us unsafe throughout the night. Staff said that only the cleaners had access to the room but we still didn't feel this was appropriate for health and safety. We don't know the cleaning staff, why would we want them to be able to access the room? As a young woman I would not have felt safe on my own in that room with the lock broken, luckily my partner was there, but I would have had to leave had I been on my own.

Extremely Disappointing Experience!
1.0The property looks lovely in the photos, and the location seems excellent. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the actual experience as my team member was refused check in despite prior confirmation from the hotel
− Extremely Disappointing Experience! Booked a room on 19 September but had to send a team member instead due to work commitments. I called the hotel in advance, verified my booking and identity, and specifically explained the ID situation. Staff assured me everything was fine. However, when my team member arrived, they refused check in despite the prior agreement and my personal confirmation. The room was completely wasted! Very poor communication, inconsistent information and disappointing customer service. I paid for a room that nobody was allowed to use. Absolutely unacceptable!
