Very friendly host, large apartment with fully equipped kitchen and separate living room, uncomplicated arrival and departure, big parking area (not free) around the corner, bar and food truck also around the corner

− All fine, TV does not have international channels (or I didn't find them), but this was not a real problem

Nice affordable and comfortable place but a little far from the old city

− All the rooms shown in the pictures werent open for us to use. Short walk to old city BUT lots and lots of stairs on the way back.

Our stay at this apartment had some positives but several frustrating aspects.

The apartment was clean, with a spacious bathroom and a large shower with strong water pressure. The bedroom was a good size, with effective air conditioning. The kitchen had most essentials, including a microwave and oven, though a larger chopping board and a few extra utensils would be helpful. The washing machine worked well, and there’s a supermarket nearby, which was convenient.

− The location was inaccurate, entering the provided coordinates didn’t take us to the correct address. On arrival, it was pouring rain, and we initially couldn’t find the host, who was around the corner, which was confusing. Communication with the host was limited, as her English wasn’t strong and she didn’t provide information about the apartment. We weren’t told where to dispose of rubbish, there were no extra rubbish bags, and there wasn’t enough toilet paper. At one point, when we didn’t hear the doorbell, she unexpectedly stuck her head through our window, which felt very intrusive. Hot water in the kitchen sink didn’t work, and the shower’s hot water isn’t enough for two showers plus a load of laundry. The listing shows multiple apartments, and I expected a larger unit. The living room was very small, the couch uncomfortable, and the bed was uncomfortable and squeaky.
