Absolutely disgusting
1.0Nothing It was disgusting throughout. I would highly recommend NOT staying at this place. We was seriously considering going to a different hotel because it was that disgusting. The only thing that stopped us was we was running to a concert.
− Absolutely everything! It was disgusting, bloodied vest in the washing machine, the yellowist pillows ever seen, Radiators in the bathroom didn't turn off at all and was so hot it burnt my parents hands, filthy walls and counters, chipped mugs, smells that wouldn't be acceptable in a morgue, lifts not working (massive issue with a disabled parent), lights not working on corridor to the room, distinctive smell of cat wee all the way to the room from neighbours rooms (as people live in rooms) and no hot water for showers with 2 towels to share between 4 of us. There is no way a booking.com rep has been anywhere near this place at all as they would not consider advertising this place.

8.0The location could not be more central to the city centre bars, shops and markets - really good. The apartment was certainly spacious and had everything that we required for our stay. The en-suite shower room was really useful. Communication with owner was really good.
− While this apartment was grand the building is a bit run down. Corridors could do with a clean and are dark and smelly in places. One guest said that in the morning there were folk sleeping in the corridors. Lift did not work - tho I’d hate to be stuck in it Is a big building and this is not the responsibility of this apartment owner.

6.0Location, space in the apartment
− The lift wasn't working, the corridors and staircases were very smelly and dirty, side door to building not working, throw on bed dirty, stains on sofa in lounge, quilts and pillows dirty and stained (not the covers the actual duvets and pillows). Mould around showers and bath, shower in bedroom couldn't control temperature it was absolutely scolding had to use shower in other bathroom so with 6 of us showering and only one shower it was time consuming.
