10.0Highly recommend this hotel. Outstanding service, large room with great a/c. Breakfast is delicious with cooked to order eggs. And, perfect location for walking new and old Baku…so many cafes and restaurants close by!

10.0Для меня один из важных критериев в любом отеле это отношение персонала.Я была во многих отелях по всему миру, но здесь сервис и забота о гостях превзошли все мои ожидания. Весь персонал очень дружелюбный,гостеприимный и внимательный. Номер был очень уютным, чистым и комфортным, уборка безупречной. Завтраки вкусные с большим выбором свежих блюд.Отличное расположение, до всех основных достопримечательностей легко дойти пешком.

10.0Excellent service, especially the restaurant staffs, and I would like to express my appreciation to the following two staffs who impressed me most: 1. Inara who really understands what I need and convey my desired taste to the chef who then prepared the Omelet to my taste.She also personally prepared great Cappuccino for me and my wife. 2. Javid has gone extra miles to provide his local knowledge and tour advice on where to go and what to see that even my AI failed to recommend.
− The shower facility drainage was once clogged but almost immediately fixed upon reporting. More towels are desired to be supplied, especially the small towels for the hands.
