The highlight of our stay was the staff. They were by far some of the nicest, friendliest, and most accommodating people
10.0The staff - simply wonderful.
− Noise at times.
Excellent, beautiful place, but the animals need more food and grooming.
8.0It was in the town. It was a serene beautiful place with beautiful garden and plants. The breakfast was fabulous, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The lobby was welcoming and they had books to read. It was a great place.
− The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of care for their animals. The baby alpaca and the rabbits were why I picked this place to stay. I felt that care was not given to the animals, for example they were all thin. They were all matted and some rabbits had knots in their fur from lack of grooming. This would pull their skin. I felt sorry for the alpaca as he was dirty, matted and frightened of everybody, through lack of interaction.

7.0A vista do tio Urubamba da janela do meu quarto
− Funcionários desatentos, sem informações adequadas sobre Pisac e o Parque Arqueológico
Super great location and authentic Peru experience.
8.0Close to town. Short walk to or from the hotel to or from the archeological site hike if you want to walk there or better we took a taxi up and walked down and directly to the hotel, easy, you won’t get lost. Great breakfast, hot high pressure excellent shower.
− Dated, rustic and basic. Not for you if you are expecting a modern hotel.

8.0The breakfast is very generous and diverse.
− The curtains let too much light in. No blinds! Also, they don't give you shampoo.
Lovely hotel in Pisac
10.0Large comfortable room with a bath which was much appreciated and a nice view of the river. The staff were lovely, super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and with a good variety. There is a charming courtyard garden area with some rabbits and an alpaca wandering free which was very cute. Easy to find, it’s on the main road as you come across the bridge and on the left. We had secure parking for our 2 motorcycles behind the gates which we very much appreciated. Highly recommended.
− Nothing, we could boil a kettle in the shared kitchen, cook if we wanted to but to be honest there are plenty of excellent options for eating in the town. If I was to be picky I would say the breakfast eggs and pancakes would be much nicer if kept warm in the food tray in the morning.
