5.0Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
− Es gab ein Durcheinander bei den Buchungen. Es gab nur eine Schlüsselkarte pro Zimmer. Wir hatten das Luxuszimmer gebucht, weil es nach Bildern und Beschreibungen im Internet zwei Einzelbetten haben sollte, was jedoch nicht zutraf. 200 Euro umsonst gezahlt. Meine Nachttischlampe war die ganzen drei Wochen aus der Wand gerissen und nie repariert. Die Klimaanlage wurde trotz mehrfacher Reklamation nicht repariert. Trotz der Beschreibung im Internet gab es in keinem Zimmer einen Fön. Das Duschgel war am ersten Tag leer und wurde in drei Wochen nicht wieder ausgefüllt.

− Struttura senza riscaldamento, situata nei pressi di un viale molto trafficato e pertanto molto rumoroso (data l’assenza di infissi sembrava di essere in strada), non pulita. Piscina inutilizzabile perché molto sporca.

7.0L’appartement était chouette, avec une belle vue avec sa grande baie vitrée, bien équipé et parfaitement fonctionnel.
− Malheureusement la piscine était sale, avec des mégots de cigarette, une eau un peu trouble et une lampe de piscine arrachée qui flottait attachée par son câble électrique, pas top. Aussi, nous avons payé plus cher qu’annoncé sur Booking, la cause à un « taux » différent selon la propriétaire qui n’a vriament souhaité s’expliquer. 15$ de plus soit plus de 100$ pour 2 nuits au lieu de 85$…

− La tercera cama es un poco incómoda, y si bien la vajilla era suficiente, agregaría dos copas y un buen cuchillo de cocina, además de un paño para secar losa
