It was ok, I would recommend as best of last resort compared to others but in and out no long stays.

− NO HOT WATER FROM 2/25/26 thru 03/04/26. NO COMPS FOR INCONVENIENCE. COLD SHOWERS ARE NOT INVITING!
"P-poor service
1.0When I receive important expected msil so I can vacate.
− This place is a crap show. NO HOT water. People sleeping in the stairwell. Exterior lights not working. Junk vehicles on premise. Lack of respect for residents privacy.
