New but bad food and sound proofing
6.0Clean and new with decent business hotel like facilities - just the essentials done okay. But this is over shadowed by lack of good housekeeping (never put bedding back), poor sound proofing you hear most things from the hallway, and some of the worst breakfasts I have ever had.

10.0Very nice hotel with easy access to everything, clean and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, walk distance to all activities including shopping, dining, laundry, sightseeing, etc. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and highly recommend it.
