New, A bit of a drive from Logan
8.0Close but far from Boston Logan due to old road system. Hotel is new, rooms are well appointed. Breakfast was basic minus… otherwise a good stay.
Clean and quiet for an airport stay.
7.0Even though it's a bit out of the way for the airport, this hotel is clean and comfy and quiet. Although it is similar to other Hamptons around Boston Logan, it is a bit more modern and well-kept so better value than some of the other places around.
− Because you have to call to request their free shuttle it is not possible if you don't arrive with an American phone number. But once you're at the hotel the shuttle service is good.

10.0We had a great stay at this hotel. About a week before our arrival, we had a package delivered from an online shopping website, and the hotel was happy to receive it for us, which we really appreciated. The rooms were incredibly spacious, much larger than we expected, making our stay even more comfortable. There was an issue with my credit card, and I was accidentally charged multiple times. However, the staff handled the situation professionally and promptly canceled the duplicate charges, so everything was resolved without any problems. We also arranged an airport shuttle through the hotel. The transfer was smooth, and they took us to the airport exactly at the time we had requested.
