10.0Limpieza, zonas comunes y una habitación.
− Dice q es para 12 personas y cuatro de esas plazas son en planta sótano, sin luz natural ni ventilación y dos de ellas totalmente agobiantes. 4 plazas q no cumplen ninguna normativa de habitabilidad. En genera, menos uno, el resto de dormitorios, muy pequeños.

We had great time in the apt, with no major complaints - most of the things were as described in the listing.
8.0roomy, cozy, appealing. a lot of amenities, ideal for longer stays and for bigger groups (8+ people).
− some of the rooms/inventory was a little dated and in a need of renovation/replacement. Primarily window drapes and bathroom fixtures.
