− Academia extremamente pequena e sempre que tentei utilizar estava ocupada. Havia apenas 1 máquina de musculação e 1 esteira.

Excellent service and friendly staff
10.0Excellent hotel! Close to a lot of shopping centers and stores and the train station. The staff is extremely friendly and very welcoming. My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Staff was very accommodating. I needed an iron and they quickly brought one up to our room. They also assisted with sending our luggage to our next destination which made it very stress free and easy for us to travel. The hotel also had a complimentary pick up form the airport which was amazing after a long travel day. Over all great hotel, will definitely be staying here next time I visit Tokyo!
里帰りの初日に最高でした
10.0まずチェックインや荷物を預けるシステムが充実していて全てセルフで、もしくは最小限の介助でできたこと。フロントが小さい分ロビーが広大で、宿泊客用のソファーのエリアが３区画もあり、いかにも居心地良くくつろげる空間なこと。あとは、ロケーションがいいなと思いました。駅から近く、バス一本で新橋直通→徒歩で銀座歩きができました。有明の防災公演も徒歩２−3分の位置にあり、散歩やお花の散策に最適。近くにショッピングモールがあり、朝早くから開いていたタリーズコーヒーでのんびり朝ご飯もできました。たった一泊なのに近くの公園から遠くの銀ブラまで楽しめて、お部屋も快適で、文句なしでした。
− 強いて言えば朝ご飯が高かった。でも近くに上述のカフェがあったので問題なしでした。もう少したくさんチョイスがあると尚よかったけど、それは望みすぎでしょう。あとはホテルの入り口がほんの少しだけわかりにくいかも？？くらいです。
