Beautiful house with a beautiful pool, exceptional stay.

A hugely disappointing stay that fell far short of what was advertised.

− This was an extremely disappointing stay. Avoid at all costs. On the day of check-in, we were informed that the pool would not be available due to maintenance issues. The pool was completely unusable for half of our stay, which was a major reason we had chosen this villa in the first place. To make matters worse, there were multiple workmen and vans coming and going from the property during the first couple days, significantly disrupting what should have been a relaxing holiday. The villa itself was also far below expectations. It was very basic and lacked even the most fundamental amenities, including something as simple as a kitchen bin. The overall standard of the accommodation did not reflect what was advertised or what we paid for. There were also several maintenance issues throughout the property. The shower leaked extensively after every use, flooding the bathroom floor and even spreading into the hallway. In addition, plug sockets were broken in nearly every room, making it difficult to charge devices and raising concerns about the property's upkeep. Perhaps most frustratingly, after acknowledging the issues, the villa management initially offered us a partial refund as compensation. However, they later refused to honour this offer and failed to follow through on what had been promised. Overall, the combination of the unusable pool, ongoing maintenance work, poor facilities, numerous maintenance problems, and lack of accountability from management made for a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Unbelievable visit to Sicily. A lovely base to visit the island.

We loved the old Italian feel of the villa! The size was amazing. Plenty of space for all of us and such lovely grounds to wander around. Excellent pool and outside areas to sit.

− Showers could be tricky to use at times.

La piscina y el parque nos han gustado mucho. Las habitaciones y las camas muy comodas. Mucho espacio para que un grupo grande la pase bien . Es un lugar tranquilo a pocos km de Palermo y Greta, la chica que nos recibio fue muy amable. El restaurant que esta cerca de la casa es muy bueno.

− Los banios estaban limpios pero necesitan renovación. ES indispensable tener auto para mobilizarte por los alrededores. LA estacion de tren esta a 1,5 km y por la noche es dificil conseguir taxi . LA playa cercana no es linda y esta muy sucia, claro que eso no es culpa del alojamiento.

Soggiorno eccellente, da tornarci.

Struttura molto bella e grande, ottima per stare in bella compagnia con gli amici e godersi qualche momento di condivisione e relax. Lo staff che ci ha accolto é stato gentile e disponibilissimo, complimenti.

Najbardziej podobała mi się duża przestrzeń obiektu do dyspozycji gości.

− Nie podobało mi się: - nie działający prysznic na dworze oraz na parterze, prysznic na dworze był pełny w robakach; - mrówki w kuchni - niestety ze względu na mrówki, które zalęgły się w kuchni połowa jedzenia poszła do śmieci; - brud i przestarzałe elementy domu; - brudny i lodowaty basen - pan sprzątający basen niestety nie mówił ani po angielsku, ani po włosku i generalnie nic nie mówił, więc basen też często pozostawał brudny; - nie działająca furtka do wejścia na obiekt (na obiekt można było się jedynie dostać bramą wjazdową); - brak intencji w celu naprawienia czegokolwiek, Pani obsługująca będąc bardzo sympatyczną niestety odpisywała jedynie na kwestie, które wiedziała, że nie wymagają naprawy, - dopiero na miejscu dowiedzieliśmy się o depozycie 200 euro za śmieci (na szczęście obeszło się bez tej opłaty); - nie działające odpływy na balkonie - po deszczu na większości balkonów stała woda po kostki.
