9.0We were having difficulty getting an Uber to come directly to the front door. I member of the staff talked to the driver in Turkish and he arrived a minute or two later.
Excellent location and staff!
9.0We stayed 3 nights and we loved the place! The location is perfect, situated on a not-noisy side road walking distance to restaurants & lots of places. The staff was super nice from the beginning, they offered to help us and even booked a restaurant we chose on our behalf. We found little presents in the room as well
− Nothing
Guest review
9.0Delicious breakfast and very friendly and helpful hotel staff. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is located very close to Galata tower and to several café, restaurants and shop. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
− The only minor downside was a slight smell coming from the bathroom, although it wasn't too unpleasant and didn't have a major impact on our stay.
