2.0Croaches in the room, dirty bed sheets. Non smoking room but smell like a smoking room. Staffs are not profession. They treat you like treating prisoner or criminal. May be that how most of thier customer been there and continues stay there are used to it, they may have some background that cause the management treat new client as they been treating thier existing clients. If state controller be there this place will get many points to get penalties.

Miserable stay in Dallas area
2.0The hotel was so nasty that we tried to get a refund and could not get ahold of anyone from hotels .com to cancel. We left and found another one on hotels that was just as bad. had burn holes in the comforter and hair on the sheets pretty nasty. we left there and drove an hour and a half to a relatives house
