− A hora que fui pagar ja tinhan emitido recebimento no meu cartao,eu tinha reservado para um casal amigo ,e iriam pagar separado,sendo que a hora do chek in,nos nos despusemos a pagar,e oatwndente falou que pagamento era na saida,nao gostei desta atitude do hotel
Bom mas precisa de uns ajustes
7.0Localização é excelente. Ponto forte é a temperatura da água quente no chuveiro. Lavras é gelado em julho.
− O hotel é antigo, fez algumas alterações ao longo do tempo mas precisa de renovação.Para o café da manhã, chegue cedo. Após as 09:30 a reposição é bem pequena. Também precisam renovar a louçaria.

6.0O couchão muito bom, limpeza tanto do quarto, quanto das roupas de cama e toalha e água quente.
− Faltavam 3 minutos para iniciar o checkin e a recepcinista falou para esperar, mesmo com o carro em estacionamento inregular. O quarto estava muito gelado, sem ar quente, apanas mantas e foi necessario requisitar mais cobertores.

7.0− Café da manhã foi pessimo, eram 8:00 horas já não tinham vários itens e não havia reposição . Por exemplo não tinha pão francês, não tinha coalhada . Ao solicitar a resposta era que havia acabado
Amazing colonial hotel to spend a day.

− The room we stayed had a lot of noise from the street until midnight and in the morning. They should invest in window a with more noise block.
