6.0They gave a warm welcome to celebrate our stay and front desk staff was very kind.
− Inconsistent service - we had one night of turn down service. We booked an extra night after confirming we could stay in the same room and then in the morning after we had already left for the day, they tried to make us switch rooms. After we said we’d be unable to return to the hotel they found an alternate solution, but did not apologize for the inconvenience. They ignored our email asking for recommendations and sent so many emails pushing us to upgrade our room. There was also no common space to relax outside of the room.
