9.0Apartmán sa nachádza blízko Sagrada Familia, v peknom obytnom dome na vrchnom poschodí. Apartmán je veľký a priestranný. Ponúka 2 samostatné izby, obývačku, kúpeľňu a toaletu. Veľkým plusom je krásna a priestranná terasa s výhľadom na kostol Sagrada Familia. Dostupnosť k metru je asi 300 metrov, v blízkosti sa nachádzajú reštaurácie, bary a potraviny. Táto štvrť Barcelony je bezpečná aj večer.
− Apartmán už na nábytku a v kúpeľni pôsobí dosť použito. Komunikácia je zabezpečená cez automat, nie vždy sú správy jasné, najmä čo sa týka checkin. K apartmánu neboli kľúče, iba kód, alebo aplikácia.

6.0The location is great with a beautiful view of the Sagrada Familia from the balcony. The apartment is spacious enough for 4 people and was very clean.
− What bothers me most is that longstanding issues, which had already been reported quite some time before our arrival, still haven't been resolved. These include the mould in the bathroom and the dishwasher. In fact, it was even stated that the dishwasher had been repaired on 16 May 2026, yet to this day, it is still in a terrible condition. The bathroom tap is leaking. When I removed the filter so that we could wash ourselves properly, I discovered that the drain was also draining water very slowly. The balcony door still cannot be locked either. In short, the photos and the €200 deposit give the impression that you're arriving somewhere where everything is in perfect order, but the reality is somewhat different. That said, I have to give credit where it's due: the AI virtual agent responded quickly to my complaints. If only it could also fix these issues itself at the same pace, that would be great!
