2.0I reserved a non smoking room and was given a room that wreaked of cigarette smoke. I requested to change rooms and got a room with a filthy bathroom. The cleaning staff argued with me that the room was not dirty, but front desk person agreed that I was correct. I do have pictures. I will be requesting a refund due to having to find a different place to stay.

2.0Rooms were filthy , used soap in the shower , food boxes left in the room. Morros were filthy. Front desk does not work over night for any issues and are not around till 9 am the next day. It’s gross

They should put small trash cans in the room and some type of chair that would have made it a bit comfortable

− The room was hot the ac was above the door so the carpet was wet right when you walked in. There was flys and roches in the room and there was white shit on the fool between the beds
