2.0山上濕氣重，除濕機放外面沒有除濕功能，有霉味，洗澡拉簾和地墊有霉斑，房間是隔間，一棟房2間房間隔間，隔音效果就不是那麼好，窗邊還有蟲卵，整體衛生環境，有待加強，洗澡熱水還有限時段1730～早上約9點多，所以其他時段要洗澡，要先跟店家反應，才會開鍋爐

2.0一開始預定時有查一下該「隙頂-傳說村民宿」住宿的地點，但該民宿在google地圖上沒有顯示，但卻有查到「石棹-傳說民宿」，距離阿里山火車站只有26公里就下訂，可是當天下午從阿里山火車按照google路線指示，卻一直找不到下訂住宿的地方，最後與店家聯繫上之後，到了住宿地點已經晚上9點半，距離阿里山火車站也有36公里，隔天又要上阿里山看日出的距離比原先預估的還遠，雖然網站上是有地址（容易忽略），但一樣的地點民宿一樣的名稱，容易使人混淆判斷，更何況民宿「10點半」就要退房，去看完日出（已購買1200元購買車票）之後又無法再回民宿補眠（有違反旅宿業12小時規定），全家人只能拖著疲憊身軀前往其他行程，晚上回到家時大家已經累癱了，這次旅遊滿意度大打折扣，產生負面觀感。所以應該建議民宿業者，採取明確識別標示或更名等處理方式（本人已有向業者表示相關意見及困擾），以免有其他人因判斷錯誤而造成負面的觀感。 另外，在預定房間時看不到住宿規定（如15:00入住隔天10:30退房，或不提供盥洗用品等），等完成訂房時才看到限制相關規定，但已經無法退訂，有種被強迫消費（欺騙）的感覺，而且10:30退房有違反旅宿業規定嫌疑，整體的感覺就是差強人意，觀感不佳。
熱情又熱心
8.0全家都很熱情，也很熱心介紹附近景點，環境也清幽，唯一小遺憾是房間沒有主動放毛巾、浴巾之類的衛浴用品（可能是要跟房東要才會給？） 入住前房東都會貼心的先把房間除濕，但是因為是在山上，地板還是多少會潮濕，這點是不可抗因素，所以可以體諒理解，整體還是不錯
