1.0Das einzige was in dieser Anlage in Ordnung war, war der Pool. Ansonsten kann man nichts positives sagen.
− Viel zu teuer für diesen Aufenthalt. Es gab kein WLan im Mobilhome, das Haus war dreckig, sehr vielen Sachen waren kaputt z.b. die Dusche, Mülleimer, Küchentüren und dies wurde auch nicht behoben. Die Lage war total schlecht, direkt an einer Hauptstraße, wo man bis in die Nacht um 1 Uhr munter gehalten wurde durch laute Autos und morgens um 6 Uhr geweckt wurde durch diese. Das war der schlechteste Urlaub den wir je hatten.

6.0Der Aquapark war wirklich schön
− Die in die Jahre gekommenen Häuser sind ok und funktional, aber nicht wirklich zum Wohlfühlen, obwohl der Preis eher darauf deutet. Der Aquapark ist wunderschön, aber, wie wir finden und verglichen mit Tenuta Primera vor allem viel zu laut. Wo bleibt da die Entspannung? Wenn die Lautsprecher mit der Musik an sind, stört das selbst in den Häusern, im Poolbereich kann man sich nicht mehr unterhalten ohne zu schreien und wenn man an den Lautsprechern vorbei geht tut es weh in den Ohren und ich bin kein alter Mensch und mochte die Musik, die gespielt wurde, nur nicht so. … Für Kinder, vor allem Kleinkinder ist diese Lautstärke auch gefährlich aber ich denke man hat sich nicht damit auseinandergesetzt. Im Tenuta Primera Schwesterhotel ist die Musik auf einer angenehmen Lautstärke. Der „Flussbereich“, wo man sich auf Schwimmringen treiben lässt, ist auch schlechter organisiert. Es gibt kaum Ringe zur Verfügung und man darf seine eigenen nicht verwenden. Wieso?! Im Schwesterhotel Tenuta Primera darf man das schon und es funktioniert hervorragend. Bitte sprecht mit dem Manager eures Schwesterhotels, das nur ein paar km entfernt ist. Die Anlage ist nämlich schön und man könnte sie definitiv besser nutzen und den Gästen eine Freude bereiten.
