Terrible Stay!
1.0− This unit was very dirty and the kitchen was full of roaches. Upon arrival I contacted Booking.com and the Unit owner. I received no response from either. The sofa was badly worn and dirty. There was hair in the bathtub from the previous stay. The cushions on the patio furniture we worn, dirty, and had holes. I requested to cancel my stay, but again, no one responded. I called the management company, Vacasa, and they brought roach traps and placed them around the kitchen floor. Be very careful before you book on Booking.com. If you need customer service, no one will respond. It was increadibly frustrating and disappointing. There is no way to cancel your stay once you make a reservation.
