6.0− The location of the hotel was excellent and very convenient. However, there were a couple of things that disappointed us. We arrived just one hour before the official check-in time (2:00 PM), and our room was already ready, but we were asked to pay an extra €10 to check in only one hour early. We were also traveling with a very young baby, which made the situation even less understandable. Another disappointing experience was when we asked for a knife and a plate. The staff provided them but told us there would be an additional charge, as they could not provide them free of charge. We found this surprising, as these are very basic items that most hotels offer to guests without extra cost. Overall, the location was great, but the extra charges for such small requests negatively affected our experience.

− Purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata del tutto positiva. Abbiamo avuto la sensazione che la proprietaria fosse spesso infastidita da alcune situazioni e che i richiami fossero espressi in modo poco accogliente. Avremmo apprezzato un approccio più cordiale, paziente e attento, con maggiore tatto nei confronti degli ospiti.

- reception closed from 12 PM till 7 P
