− The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. There were springs poking through in the night
Disappointing. We had to endure the noise on both the night before and after my surgery.
6.0Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Staff in restaurant were friendly as were cleaning staff. Receptionist on arrival was polite. A polite gentleman/manager? was there in the lobby as there was no receptionist at the front desk when we were leaving on day 2 at 10.30
− I had requested a quiet room for 2 nights as I was in town for a surgery which meant getting up at 5 am. Upon arrival I was informed that my room was on the front of the building facing the highway. I could pay extra for an upgrade if I wanted to switch rooms to the back. At that point I felt it was gouging and on principal I declined. The room was the noisiest I’ve ever stayed in. Constant heavy traffic all night long. I got less than 3 hours sleep both nights . I won’t be back no matter how clean the room was.

− Breakfast ends too early (9:30 a.m.), and the elevators have a persistent unpleasant odor, similar to burnt motor oil, which has remained unchanged since my previous stay two years ago.
