10.0Breakfast staff, servers, cooking staff and cleaners all excellent, including Manager Fernando. They all had welcoming smiles and friendly manners. The coffee station man, Pak Ilhan, was very good, remembering your order when returning for a refill. Breakfast selection, especially the fresh bread, baked by Pak Agung, prizewinning. He was introduced to us by Manager Fernando. We spoke of our appreciation of his skill.
− Room safe almost at ground level; one has to kneel on floor to operate.
