1.0Que estaba algo cerca de la estación pero no como prometían en un principio
− Anuncio engañoso, reservamos una habitación de 3 personas que en imágenes se veía de una forma y cuando llegamos nos dieron otra más pequeña y si queriamos la que reservamos teniamos que pagar en efectivo mucho mas dinero del que era, despues la manguera de la ducha estaba rota, habian pelos por todos lados y la cama de la litera nunca la hacian, y yo no entiendo como cliente que va a pasar las vacaciones que tenga que estar gastando tiempo en hacer una cama, despues el desayuno bastante malo, casi todo era frito y rebozado. Y los que trabajan no saben nada de inglés y hay un cartel que así lo indican. Lo unico salvable era la lavadora y secadora

2.0− Die Zimmer sind viel zu klein, kein Platz für die Koffer. Die Matratze oben war viel zu dünn und durchgelegen, das gab Rückenschmerzen. Das Frühstück war sehr bescheiden und sehr japanisch.

6.0− Nous avions une remise super hôtel (3 resa dans cette chaîne pdt notre séjour ) que nous n’avons pas pu utiliser. Personnel décevant par rapport aux autres réservations. Petit déjeuner trop tardif pour départ aéroport non négociable . Déçu par cet accueil .
