− Having dirty towels in my room and asked to bring the basket of dirty towels to front desk.

7.0− I felt like the security deposit was ridiculously high given it was more than the cost of the room i agreed to pay for. I was blindsided by the amount at check in, and would have been a problem if I didnt have the extra amount because I had already paid for the room when i booked it..
Poor customer service!!
2.0Breakfast? What breafast?
− They lost power saturday night of our stay, they told us , power would be up by midnight, they lied. Sunday came we were told then, that power would be up by 6, we had a graduation to go, so thought ok. No power sunday night, the place is dirty with the wood floors, sweep more.
