− Limpeza dos banheiros da área da piscina deixou a desejar, pois além dos assentos sanitários não estar em perfeitas condições, continha no local do chuveiro fezes de morcego. Fomos informados que a chácara está arrecadando para posterior reforma, porém há necessidade urgente de providências em relação às fezes de morcego por ser prejudicial à saúde de quem utiliza o espaço. Consta nas fotos mesa de ping pong mas não existe no local as crianças ficaram pouco decepcionadas.
