6.0Decent building in a horrible location. A lot of aimless wanderers walking around, eating discarded food off of the sidewalk. The apartment was clean, but the building itself had a lot of broken amenities. For example the roof top deck had large tiles that were not affixed to the ground and turf flooring that was flexible and felt like we were going to fall through the floor. The parking garage was very secure, however spots were too small for my mid-size SUV. Overall a decent place, but not worth the cost and the amenities are not as described or pictures.

10.0Great Appartment with all amenties you would Need. We travelled with 2 Kids and had a good Time. The rooftop area is spectacular and we enjoyed BBQ s and playing Games there. Fitness Center was also well equipped.
