10.0The property was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were friendly and professional. The ambiance was very relaxed while maintaining a high quality of service. The atmosphere was welcoming friendly and made the stay very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, everything was made freshly , every morning you were greeted with a plate of fresh fruit cut up along with a local Portuguese sweet treat with fresh bread rolls. I would recommend booking this hotel and would return or look into booking their other hotels in other cities. It is situated about a 20 minute stroll from the Douro river which was perfect easy to access the tourist spots if you wish while providing a quiet retreat. The air conditioner was the quietest I’ve ever had in any hotel.

10.0We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa for 6 people. It was very comfortable, lots of space and clean. The fresh breakfast was great every morning and the staff was sooooooo accommodating and nice.
