Locatie en de rust was voortreffelijk!

Prachtige rustige plek aan het eind van de boulevard van Lenno, vlakbij de James Bond Villa, Villa del Balbianello, met een prachtige grote tuin waar je ‘s morgens wakker wordt van de fluitende vogels. Je slaapt niet in de grote villa maar in een bijgebouw waar vroeger de tuinman woonde. Watertaxi naar Villa del Balbianello voor de deur, loopafstand van de ferry en een paar leuke restaurantjes op de boulevard waaronder een strandtent waar je ligbedden kan huren. Op loopafstand van een supermarkt , 2 slaapkamers, ideaal voor een vriendinnentripje of gezin.

− Eigenlijk niets! Wellicht nog een idee om een tuinbank of tuinsetje voor de deur buiten neer te zetten waar je kan ontbijten.

The apartment is in the complex belonging to the gorgeous Villa de Herra and its gardens. The location is superb - being at one end of the lakeside promenade, it is at the same time at the very core of the gulf and at the same time at a very peaceful location. The pier is ca. 7 minutes' walk away and has good and frequent connections, and on the way there are several (very reasonably priced) cafees and restaurants. The apartment is clean, and the welcome package surprisingly useful :).

− There could be a bit more pieces of utensils; this would also reduce the number of (dish)washing cycles.

The apartment was even nicer than expected, with great location, lake view and good communication with the host.

− One of the beds was very small, and not twin bed/queen size as stated. It fits one adult or two kids.

THe location was amazing very near to every thing , very modern ,every thing brand new , and the sofa turns into a bed which isn't mentioned in the description,nice bathroom, easy to collect keys ,

− The fact we hired this property purely for the air con and wi fi and guess what didn't work ruined our holiday unbearable in the property no WiFi that didn't work either ,constant phone calls to management of the property,in the end offered €200 back which I've been told will be put in my bank with in 15 days , but not much consolation for the unbearable heat and humidity it's description is two double bedrooms er nope one bed just a little bigger than a single bed no spare sheets,no spare Towels, no mop bucket,no outside area with table chairs,8 coat hangers between every one 😡not really thought out, a lot of marble steps up to bedrooms no good for any one with health issues , lenno a fab location so made up slightly for the complaints, but we had swopped one house 800euro with no Aircon to poperty nearly 1900 euro yes you saw right and oh still no air con so becareful

Everything. The best location and the property had everything that we needed. It looks like it had recently ben refurbished to a high standard. The grounds of the property are right on the lake and we could not have picked a better venue to stay. We were there for a wedding at the Villa Balbianello and it was a perfect location.

− WFI needs to be looked at but it did not cause us any issues as we have our own mobile phone internet and we are not avid wifi users anyway. But clearly most people are these days!
