2.0Classifico como uma "Chacota"esta avaliação, uma vez que ao chegar ao hotel, o mesmo estava fechado. O transtorno que passei irá ser resolvido judicialmente. Situação que foi tentado resolver de forma amigável via ligação telefônica.
