− 毛布の汚れ 部屋にゴミ箱がないこと
鍵の開け方は手順書を正確にして欲しいのはマスト。それ以外は許せるけど

− ゴミ箱が一箇所なので少し不便。 紙面の手順書は部屋番号を押して呼び出しを押すと記載されていたがタブレットには呼び出しから押すと手順が違っていたので暫く開かず大変だった。2人で予約していたのに歯ブラシが１つしか無かった。洗面所の下に予備が置いてあったので助かったけど２つ用意しておいて欲しかった。
入るまでに一苦労し、駐車場ご歩いて20分の遠い所だったので不便だった。
7.0設備は揃っていた。
− 日本人なので風呂に洗面器や湯桶がなかったのでこまった。 キッチンに道具は揃い、お茶も置いてあったが、紙コップも置いてなかったので困った。

− セキュリティがしっかりしていてよかったのですが、暗証番号や色々な入力が必要で、ちゃんと入室できるのか、心配になりました。
