− Wenn ein Hotel mit „Haustiere erlaubt“ wirbt, gleichzeitig aber kurz vor dem Check-In mitteilt, dass Hunde abgelehnt werden können und nicht alleine im Zimmer bleiben dürfen, ist das aus meiner Sicht irreführend. Diese Einschränkungen sollten vor der Buchung klar und transparent kommuniziert werden. Andernfalls sollte dem Gast unmittelbar nach der Buchung eine kostenlose Stornierung ermöglicht werden.
