10.0Great location, amazing view, spacious rooms. Excellent customer service, always willing to help out. We stayed here to run the Halong Bay half-marathon and it was a great location.
− The only thing was a limited menu, in both the in Rome dining and restaurant.

10.0Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Betten sehr bequem, nicht so hart wie in Asien sonst üblich. Traumhafter Blick aus dem Zimmer 1708 in die Halongbucht. Frühstück ok, Cappuccino wurde uns auf Anfrage gebracht! Gute Massage in schönem und sauberem Ambiente.
− Keine Dusche, nur Badewanne. Kein Cafeautomat im Frühstücksraum.
