10.0It’s an old hotel the pool was dirty and the locks on the door were iffy a whole wall is glass and the curtains don’t cover it all so I had to get creative to cover the rest as to not be seen but the hotel room was clean the tv only had 4 channels

2.0La recepcionista que estaba en el turno de la 1-3 de la tarde se comportó de una manera muy grosera, nos negó la entrada, se le pedía llamar a alguien más y se negaba, quería que le diéramos más dinero, nos obligó a cancelar una reservación porque al parecer de ella estaba muy barata y nos quería dar una habitación que no era. Pésimo trato. Los demás empleados excelentes!
